Coach Bulk takes over the Strength and Conditioning program at Derryfield after 10 years of coaching in the NCAA. Her passion for sports and optimal performance is evident, as she works to expand the S&C program here. She currently holds a Level II CFSC Coaching Certification. Coach Bulk follows the CFSC training model and seeks to offer a quality workout for a variety of skill levels. Whether it is your first time in the gym or you are a dedicated high-level athlete, Coach Bulk works to create a program that appropriately challenges each individual. She seeks to help athletes grow strong and confidently attain their fitness goals.
