Equestrian

The Derryfield Equestrian Team began in 2011 and competes as a part of the New Hampshire High School Equestrian Teams (NHHSET). In 2022, the organization began to compete without districts, which means Derryfield faces all equestrian teams from New Hampshire at each show. Our riders can be facing as many as 30 competitors in a class. Derryfield’s team competes against schools of all sizes for team accolades. Derryfield was represented by 3 students at the 2022 state championships, with both Leah Munoz ’24 and Lucie Emond ’25 coming away with blue ribbons. The equestrian team will practice at Dove Hill Farm in Amesbury, MA for the 2023 season and will compete at Tack Shack in Fremont, NH.
