Big Forks, a Derryfield country rock duet featuring Jack Lewis ‘26 (acoustic guitar) and Ben LaFlamme ‘26 (drums), rocked Community Meeting on December 11 with their new single, “Boots,” written and scored by Lewis.
If my laredos run thin or your eyes grow dim or even if it feels like there’s no one around.
Or those bags under your eyes grow dark and deep, and your hair white as snow.
We will drive with no direction, listen to our music, ask questions about time in the future.

Big Forks was joined on stage in the Boettiger Auditorium by special guests (and fellow classmates) Jeffrey Bartlett ‘26 (keyboard), Jon Martinez ‘26 (bass) and Prayag Patel ‘24 (lead guitar ).
At the conclusion of their performance, Big Forks announced to the SRO audience that “Boots” will launch on all streaming platforms this Friday, December 15th.
